What is Shamanic Healing?

The cornerstone belief behind shamanic healing techniques and practices is the idea that we all have an 'essence' or soul that follows us from life to life. During traumatic experiences throughout our lives we may subconsciously release parts of that essence as a defense mechanism to help ourselves cope with the trauma. However, loss of 'essence' or soul pieces can lead to a feeling of emptiness, illness, and potentially dis-ease. The goal of shamanic healing is to retrieve and replace any pieces of lost essence to restore the client to their whole being. This is usually done through energy manipulation, guided meditation/journeys, and/or shamanic trance work where the healer goes into an ecstatic trance state through the use of the rhythmic sound of drumming to enter the Spirit World and, with the aid of spirit guides, retrieves the lost soul pieces.Shamanic Healing is used as treatment for a range of emotional and physical illnesses.

Home visits................................ $70/hour or $45/ half an hour

Online sessions......................... $60/hour or $35/half an hour

(**Wyndwalker Studio does not current have a physical facility. All 'office visits' require clients to travel to my home for the session.
